CARDONE Remanufactured Mass Air Flow Sensors (MAFS) precisely track O.E. output curves and maintain specific tolerances to ensure accurate scan tool readings for proper operation. 100% re-soldering of critical components ensures superior electrical connections, eliminates intermittent failures and lengthens product life. With CARDONE Mass Air Flow Sensors (MAFS), you can expect smooth vehicle performance.
You’d better. On a typical ECM board (Engine Control Module), there are six to eight major Integrated Circuit Chips (I/C), as shown to the left. Each of these chips has up to 52 “J” leads all around it, which provide electrical connections to the board.
Over time, solder can crack due to corrosion, heat and vibration. When the solder joint cracks, it loosens the electrical connection between the 'J' lead and the board. If just one of the nearly 400 'J' leads has a loose connection, the ECM/PCM may fail and cause problems for the car.
With CARDONE ECM/PCMs, each of the hundreds of 'J' leads are re-soldered to create the firm material mass shown here. This ensures the best electrical connections and a fully functional ECM/PCM.

Cigarette smoking is one of the primary risk factors for cardiovascular disease (CVD). In fact, the American Heart Association reports that smoking-related diseases are responsible for > 440,000 deaths in the US each year. Cigarette smoke contains hundreds of chemical toxicants, which can damage the cardiovascular system, and increase the risk of developing atherosclerosis. Atherosclerosis…
The rapid spread of COVID-19 during the global pandemic has led many scientists and researchers to look towards repurposing existing FDA-approved drugs, outside the scope of their originally designated purposes, to expedite the delivery of effective treatments on the shortened time-scale required to treat COVID-19 patients owing to their proven safe for human use in…
Endometrial cancer (EC), sometimes called uterine cancer, begins in the layer of cells that form the lining (endometrium) of the uterus and is the most common cancer of the female reproductive organs. ECs are commonly divided into estrogen-dependent Type I and the more clinically aggressive estrogen-independent Type II, where Type I tumors comprise the large…
Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is the third most common cause of death in the United States. The incidence of aging and age-related cardiopulmonary diseases like COPD has become more prevalent over the years as the average life expectancy has increased in the population. COPD is characterized by chronic inflammation that restricts airflow in the…
